Fry tapa then cut into small pieces
Add 1 tbsp oil then add 1 tbsp minced garlic
Add 1 whole chopped onion
Add 1 whole potato and carrot cubed
Add 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms and add 1 bell pepper, diced
Add 1/2 cup all purpose cream
Add salt and pepper, then spring onion (optional)
Mix 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1 tsp salt
Add 1 cup chilled butter, cubed. Then cut butter and flour using a fork
Add 6-7 tbsp of chilled water
Wrap with plastic then chill for 30 minutes
Brush top with Egg
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350F oven or till golden brown in color
