Frabelle Foods Longganiza Recado
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 whole chopped onion
1 can diced tomato
1 cup cooked red kidney beans
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cayenne powder
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp diced red bell pepper
Cheese
Add 1/2 cup water
Prick Longganiza with toothpick
Fry till fully cooked then slice Longganiza Recado
Add 2 tbsp olive oil then saute garlic and onion
Add sliced Longganiza Recado
Add 1 can tomato chunks then add 1 cup cooked red kidney beans
Add 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp cayenne powder
Add 1 pc bay leaf and 3 tbsp white sugar
Add 1 small red bell pepper, diced
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
Add salt and pepper and add cheese
Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 375F oven
